Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cleanup Wizard (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Cleanup Wizard is a mobile application that helps users identify and remove duplicate photos, similar photos, and screenshots from their iOS devices. The App performs all analysis locally on your device.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Not use the App to violate any laws or regulations
Maintain the security of your device and account

Subscription and Payment

Free Tier: The App offers a free tier with limited functionality (5 deletions per session).
Premium Subscription: Premium features (unlimited deletions and all scan modes) are available through weekly, annual, and lifetime in-app purchases via Apple's App Store. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Weekly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment: All payments are processed by Apple. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Cleanup Wizard and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEANUP WIZARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Data Loss Disclaimer

Important: While Cleanup Wizard is designed to safely identify duplicates and similar photos, you are responsible for:

Reviewing items before deletion
Maintaining backups of your photos
Using the App at your own risk

Cleanup Wizard is not responsible for any data loss that may occur from using the App.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party services (such as PostHog analytics). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

These Terms are between you and Cleanup Wizard, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable).
